Pachagurú Products & Services

Product Characteristics

Each Pachagurú piece is unique and handcrafted using natural dyes and eco-print techniques.

Variations in color, pattern, and texture are inherent to the artisanal process and reflect the natural origin of the materials and techniques used. These variations are not considered defects, but rather part of the identity and value of each piece. Due to the handcrafted and plant-based dyeing process, exact Pantone or industrial color matching cannot be guaranteed.

Our products are designed to age naturally over time. To preserve color intensity and textile quality, we recommend avoiding frequent washing. In general, we recommend minimal washing in order to preserve the depth and integrity of the natural pigments. Pieces can be hand-washed or cleaned using a gentle machine cycle with mild detergent.

Natural color evolution over time is part of the living character of the product.

Detailed care instructions will be provided upon delivery.

Custom Working Process

Pachagurú follows a collaborative process with each client to ensure aesthetic coherence, functionality, and production feasibility. For tailor-made projects a creative and advisory process is developed around the  concept, style, and visual identity of each piece. We do adaptation of products to the specific needs of the client and personalization within production parameters aligned with existing products (in terms of material use and complexity).

  • All designs are developed respecting Pachagurú’s artisanal processes and material availability.

  • Sampling, Prototypes & Testing for custom orders:

Color and print tests are developed to achieve the desired outcome

Prototypes or samples may be produced prior to final approval

These stages are part of the design process and may impact overall timelines.

  • Production Timelines

Production times vary depending on order type, techniques, and quantities.

Standard orders: subject to availability and volume

  • Custom orders: Sampling phase: 1 month. Final production: defined according to project scale. All timelines will be confirmed during the approval phase.
